Registering on www.44diamonds.com does not grant you ownership of the website and its content. The content provided on this website may be downloaded and/or printed for personal reference only. You must not modify any content you have downloaded and/or printed from our website.

You are strictly not allowed to use any part of our website content for commercial purposes without prior written permission or a license from 44 diamonds.

You are not allowed to use, represent to third parties, or pass on any data derived from or accessible from our website for any commercial purpose. Strict disciplinary and legal action may be taken against any person found breaching these rules.

General

Diamonds listed on our website are all subject to availability.
As we sell many diamonds daily, the customer/buyer must confirm diamond availability before purchase.
Our latest inventory data can be emailed to you.
Diamonds cannot be sent on a consignment basis.
The current bank rate is applicable at the time an order is confirmed.

Pricing

We have a fixed price policy.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice until the order is confirmed.
All prices displayed are based on advance payment terms only.
44 diamonds reserves the right to rectify errors related to pricing of orders placed with inaccurate descriptions or incorrect prices due to system or data-entry errors or technological failure.
Prices are expressed in USD unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of duties, taxes, and/or bank charges.
In case of rupee billing, 1 rupee more than the final exchange rate will be applied.

Shipping Policy

Items/diamonds will be shipped to the customer only after full advance payment is received in our account.
Product delivery time varies by country.
We use fast, insured, and secure shipping agents such as Malca Amit, Brinks, Ferrari, FedEx, etc.
Customer must ensure correct name, address, and contact details.
Once products are shipped from our location, the shipper reference number (airway bill number/docket number) will be sent immediately.
If you pay via a payment gateway such as PayPal, Razorpay, Amazon, or others, applicable gateway charges will be borne by the buyer/customer and may vary from 3% up to 15%.

Introduction

We welcome legitimate buyers from the international diamond and jewelry trade. Firms or individuals seeking Natural GIA/IGI/HRD Certified or Non-Certified diamonds are invited to register on our virtual diamonds boutique to access our online inventory.
We reserve the right to restrict, deny, suspend, or terminate access at any time for any reason.
Customers must accept, agree, and comply with the Rules & Code of Conduct. Diamond buyers are encouraged to contact 44 diamonds with questions, comments, and suggestions via support@44diamonds.com.

Access and Confidentiality

Users have to submit full KYC (Know Your Customer) details to access our online inventory.
Customers may not disclose or share their password with any third party. Password use is strictly limited to the specific individual.
Terms and conditions of sale or memo should be specified fully and in writing. This includes product description, price, payment date, delivery date, return terms, shipping, insurance, taxes, custom fees, and any other factors important to the transaction.
Users cannot misuse website data, such as listed diamonds, by uploading it to other diamond trading platforms or their own website without permission. If they do so, we reserve the right to take legal action.

Payment and Transactions

We accept bank wire only, based on legal invoice sent by our sales representative via email or other regular communication channels.
Terms of doing business are based on 100% advance payment by bank wire.
Customer must ensure company name, address, and contact details are correct for final invoice to avoid miscommunication.

Products

We deal in natural diamonds and natural diamond jewelry, and we assure 100% natural diamonds with highly reputable and recognized laboratories such as GIA, IGI, HRD, as well as non-certified diamonds.
We assure that our diamonds are ethically sourced and 100% conflict free with KPC.
